The scheme is applicable for purchase of above mentioned Products with the "Taste Challenge" logo ,from 1th September 2013 till 10th November 2013 or till stocks last.

To avail the claim on the said scheme you need to send us the following documents only through ordinary post to the below mentioned address and any other means of sending the claim will not be entertained. The claim should be mailed within 15 days of the date of the purchase invoice Claims to be mailed to: MTR SnackUp Taste Challenge, PO Box 7127, Bangalore 560071.

Claims should be forwarded with the following items:

Empty pack of the MTR SnackUp Product/s for which the claim is raised;
Original bill or retailer stamped invoice showing the purchase date of the Product/s
Complete and correct details duly filled in the Customer Feedback Form (Please download customer feedback form. Please note that all the fields are mandatory.)

Claim should contain all the criteria mentioned in Point No. 3 above (including the correct and complete details required to be furnished by you) shall be treated as "genuine claim" by us. We reserve the absolute right to reject any claim, if the same does not meet the criteria mentioned in Point No. 3 above.

Genuine claims will be validated and processed by us within 21 working days from date of receipt of the documents and information as detailed in Point No. 3 above.

We will settle the claim through cheque/ DD. The cheque/DD towards the claim settlement will be issued in the name and sent to the address furnished to us in Point No. 3 above.

Only one claim per Product purchased per person shall be entertained.

As on the date of claim, the Product should be within its expiry date.

The terms and conditions are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
