The MTR - YPDP has been envisaged with a purpose to recruit young and dynamic professionals to take up leadership roles in the organization, through structured and systematic inputs.

The YPDP is a structured one year program wherein fresh management graduates are put through a rigorous cross-functional training program that comprises both classroom and on-the-job training inputs. The trainees are required to execute challenging projects which revolve around live business problems and strategic business goals of the organization.
