The MTR - GSTP has been conceptualized with the aim of recruiting dynamic graduates and introducing & familiarizing them to our Sales organization.

The GSTP exposes trainees to every facet of MTR’s frontline organization using innovative learning techniques that help enhance their ability to develop new ideas and also face and manage challenges and complexities.

The GSTP is a structured one-year program focused on core functional training in the area of sales where the trainees are exposed to various systems and processes, the sales operations as well as an acculturation training in order to facilitate their all-round development.
