Vermicelli
Payasam (Kheer)
Fry 1 measure of MTR Vermicelli in ghee
until golden brown. Set aside. Boil
6 measures of milk. Add fried vermicelli
and cook for 8-10 min. Add 1 measure
of sugar, a few raisins, fried cashewnuts
and a pinch of cardamom powder. Mix
well, boil for 2-3 min and serve. |
