A tangy, peppery, lentil-based soup
 
Garnish with thin silvers of cheddar cheese, orange rind, pasta, crushed bread crumbs or a dash of cream. Top with a handful of croutons.
 
Add contents of pack to 500ml (1/2 ltr) of boiling water.
   
Stir and boil for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
