With its combination of sooji and spices, delicious and wholesome upma is a universal favourite. Now make it in a few easy steps!
 
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
 
Boil 2 measures (500 ml) of water.
 
Add 1 measure of MTR Instant Upma mix (200g) and 1 tsp of ghee. Simmer for 4-5 min stirring continuously.
   
Add ghee and finely chopped coriander leaves.
 
Add grated coconut, cooked green peas or any other vegetable for choice for extra flavour. Serve hot.
