The GETP has been developed to groom young engineers who join the organization and to provide them structured training in the area of Manufacturing Operations as also to help them develop an overall understanding for the Business.
During the course of the one year training, the engineer trainees recruited from some of the premier engineering colleges are required to execute specific time bound projects to solve real time problems facing the organization. They are also exposed to the various facets of the Manufacturing Operations like Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance etc. At the end of the programme, the graduate engineer trainees are absorbed into the Manufacturing function as Production Engineers/Production Officers.

The Graduate Sales Trainee Programme was developed for the purpose of providing the new trainees a more focused approach towards imparting knowledge and skills and a holistic understanding of the sales organization.
The GSTP is a structured one-year programme focused on core functional training in the area of sales where they undergo exposure to the various systems and processes, the sales operations as well as an acculturation training in order to facilitate their all round development. At the end of the programme, the graduate sales trainees are absorbed into the sales organization as Territory Sales Officers.
